Course Structure
The Islamic Studies program is organized into several levels of online classes, ranging from basic to advanced knowledge.
Quran
- Memorization, Recitation, Tajweed, and Tafseer: The Quran syllabus is divided into sub-areas to master the letters, their phonetics, articulation points, and error-free recitation. The recitation syllabus spans eight levels, aiming for precise pronunciation and breath control in Tajweed.
Hadith
- Authentic Hadiths: Study the primary sources of authentic Hadiths, such as Sahihs and Riyaad Ulsalheen. Understanding Hadiths helps in applying the Quran in daily life, guided by the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) examples of moral conduct.
Aqidah
- Belief System: The Aqidah syllabus covers essential beliefs including Tawhid (monotheism), belief in angels, holy books, prophets, the Resurrection, and predestination. The course Aqidaty (My Aqidah) focuses on both foundational and advanced topics.
Fiqh
- Islamic Law: Develop a deep understanding of Islamic legal matters, including Wajib (required), Haraam (sinful), Mandub (recommended), Makruh (disapproved), and Mubah (neutral). The syllabus includes Fiqh Essentials and Advanced Topics, covering the views of the four major schools: Maliki, Shafi, Hanafi, and Hanbali.
Islamic History
- Historical Overview: The Islamic History syllabus spans from creation to recent times, aimed at fostering identity and pride in Islamic achievements throughout the ages.
